Interview on HAM radio and ARES on April 27, 2011 tornadoes in Alabama

On April 27, 2011, a record number of tornadoes ripped across the southeast, including sixty-two in Alabama alone, three of which were EF-5 tornadoes. The state saw two hundred fifty three killed and thousands injured in two rounds of tornadoes in one day. Steve Ayers, ARES Emergency Coordinator in St. Clair County, Alabama, discusses the roll of HAM radio, ARES, and April 27th in an interview on Practical Prepping Podcast.
